CRM/Marketing Executive required at J.J. Burke Car Sales, Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo. 

CRM / Marketing Executive Job Spec:
To lead the operation of CRM function for the company, ensuring that all activities are effective, offer value, and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Managing and developing the Company’s Databases / Customer Management System.

Working with the team and management on marketing campaigns and promotions from design, through manufacture/print, to distribution/completion (EDM, mailers, fliers, door drops,  posters, displays, social media etc.)

Working with after sales departments to ensure all CRM functions are active.

Following up with customers after marketing campaigns & promotions and sharing feedback from same with departmental managers

Updating and managing the Company websites & Social Media pages (YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn).

Management of customer and staff newsletters Co-ordination of customer satisfaction surveys & managing feedback from same.

Participate in training and development programmes as required by the company.

Undertake any other duties or activities as required.
 

Skills Profile:

Marketing qualification or equivalent experience. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Highly organised & good attention to detail. Excellent IT and administrative skills. Must enjoy working as part of a team.

Parts Advisor required at J.J. Burke Car Sales, Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide a high level of service to meet both Technicians and Customers
parts requirements

To utilise the parts systems fully and efficiently

To identify correct parts required and order

To update and maintain the VHC system in a timely manner

To utilise and share your product knowledge with other staff

Receive and sort incoming parts and supplies

Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in the parts department
